Let Down

Waste my days away
with my head up in the clouds
and my feet in the dirt.

I try to find some way out
but I cant escape myself.

Cautiously I care
for only what I have to,
for I’ll let them all down
like I always seem to do.

Same old Ashley, nothing new.
